Job Description Set up and tear down banquet rooms, meeting spaces, and event areas according to established standards and event orders. Ensure all tables, chairs, linens, décor, and equipment are arranged neatly and on time to support the “Meet Well” concept. Provide attentive, efficient food & beverage service during meetings, banquets, and special events. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, maintaining a warm and professional demeanor. Coordinate with the Banquet Captain and other departments to ensure seamless event execution. Monitor cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after functions. Adhere to safety, hygiene, and sustainability practices aligned with Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok standards. Qualifications Previous experience in banquet, catering, or food & beverage service is an advantage (fresh graduates welcome). Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, service-minded attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods and handle moderate lifting or carrying. Basic English communication: Thai language skills is a must.
