POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Food & Beverage Expert - Banquet, your role will be essential in crafting memorable experiences for our guests. As the primary department in Banquet, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in preparing and setting up event and meeting spaces, including handling heavy tables, chairs, and other equipment to ensure everything is in place for successful events.
  • Tend bar and serve platters of food, ensuring a high standard of service and presentation to enhance the guest experience.
  • Provide operational support in the service and delivery of food and beverages, maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit a keen eye for detail in arranging dining setups, from buffet-style to fine dining, ensuring each setup meets our luxury standards.
  • Polish cutlery to meet The Ritz-Carlton standards and ensure all miscellaneous items are prepared and ready for service.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with guests, both new and returning, showcasing our legendary service to foster repeat business and future bookings.
  • Support with event arrangements and contribute to creating unforgettable experiences that exceed guest expectations.
  • Understand and anticipate guest requirements, delivering exceptional service throughout each interaction to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with the banquets team on various operational tasks to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Support other venue outlets when necessary, including In-Room Dining, Atria, Lobby Lounge, Cameo Bar and other relevant departments
  • Please note:We are currently seeking Overnight Attendants to support event setups and bump-ins. This role involves working during overnight hours, which may vary between 11:00PM and 11:00AM, depending on operational requirements. Successful candidates will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
