They possess foundational liquor knowledge, including the ability to identify common spirits, mixers, and bar setups, and can efficiently support bartenders in preparing for events of varying size and style. Flexible availability is a must due to the ever changing banquet events. A strong work ethic, teamwork mindset, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service are essential! What will I be doing? As a Banquet Bar Porter, you will be responsible for setting up, restocking, and polishing glassware for the bar, as well as supporting the Bartender in accordance to established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
