Banquet Bartender (Permanent, Full-time) Vacancy: One (1) Full-Time Vacant Position

What You’ll be Doing:

• Mix, shake, stir, and pour a variety of wines, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
• Keep the bar stocked and sparkling—glassware, ice, garnishes, and snacks included
• Ensure the bar and dining areas are clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
• Record sales accurately in our P.O.S system and assist with bar inventory
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, making every member feel like VIP
• Open and close the bar with flair and efficiency
• Support the Food & Beverage team with special projects and tasks as needed
• Blackout dates: Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Canada day, and Hole-in-one (late October)

What We’re Looking for:

• Completion of High School (Grade 12) & Post-Secondary in Hospitality preferred
• 2–3 years of bartending experience
• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
• Strong wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge
• Experience with P.O.S systems (JONAS an asset)
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional, well-groomed, friendly, and team-oriented
• Private Club experience is an asset
• Smart Serve Certificate (required)
• Ontario Bartending Certification (considered an asset)
