SUMMARY
Responsible for the set-up and service of assigned banquet bar or hospitality functions in accordance with resort policies and quality/safety standards. To obtain optimum guest satisfaction, promote return business and maximize profitability.

Must understand and comply with all departmental and company rules, regulations, policies and procedures. A fine dining Bartender must be able to handle difficulties with guests and staff alike. Bartenders need excellent memory and organization skills, ensuring that all guests receive the correct orders. He or she must be willing to learn new concepts and ideas.
