Description Come work and play on Fort Lauderdale Beach! The Bartender will: Set up bar in compliance with policies, procedures and brand standards. Prepare and serve drinks following policies and procedures, proper food handling and serving techniques, alcohol awareness, and federal, state and local regulations. Maintain a clean bar including proper removal of trash, empty glasses, etc. Ensure all liquor is properly secured before, during and after shift. Perform assigned side-work to include opening and closing inventory of spirits. Requirements The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must also be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform these essential functions of the job. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must possess basic computational ability. Must have a strong knowledge of drink preparation and applicable health standards.
