As a Banquet Server/Bartender on a 4-month contract, you will provide first-class service to our members and guests at Banquet events. Each service experience is elevated by your friendly personality, ability to anticipate the members’ and guests’ needs, and desire to provide an exceptional experience. You enjoy the uniqueness of the club world and are known for your solutions-based mindset in a fast-paced setting.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years bartending and or serving experience in a fine dining establishment; Club experience is an asset
  • Must be highly organized, professional with a welcoming personality and polished image
  • Exceptional communication skills; and known as a team player
  • Proven service-excellence in creating memorable experiences
  • Serving It Right certification
  • Available ‘hospitality hours’ (flexible schedule including weekdays, nights, and weekends)

    Pay: $17.95-$18.95 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Assist with set up, preparation, organization, clean up and reset of functions
  • Be fully prepared with all aspects of assigned functions: F&B selection, times of service, etc.
  • Greet and assist guests; use member and guest recognition by name whenever possible
  • Provide guests with efficient F&B service as directed
  • Apply a sound knowledge of the menu offering and the available foods and beverages
  • Deliver all F&B orders to members and guests according to established service standards
  • Apply a high level of anticipation and attention to detail
  • Ensure correct and safe storage of all service materials
  • Assist with all relevant service issues as directed
  • Assist in maintaining a beverage inventory system for banquet beverage bars and storage areas
  • Ensure portable banquet bars and banquet storage are well maintained
