Description Join our dynamic events team at Iron Tee Golf as a Banquet Captain and Lead Event Server where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional event experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events to ensure seamless operations - Polishing silverware, rolling silverware, and folding napkins as needed - Coordinate with event hosts, kitchen staff, and other team members to meet client expectations - Serve as the point of contact for event hosts, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction - Lead banquet service staff, providing guidance and support throughout events - Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, timely, and courteous manner - Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and service standards - Assist with event planning details as needed, including table arrangements and special requests - Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive experience - Other duties as assigned Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in banquet service and event hosting preferred - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - Professional appearance and demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Must be able to pass a background check Iron Tee is dedicated to equal opportunity and preventing discrimination and harassment, including sexual misconduct, based on legally protected diversity characteristics (such as race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, family status, citizenship, genetic information, and veteran status) in its hiring processes and employment decisions.
