OVERVIEW

The Banquet Captain plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of events and banquets within our establishment. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality. The Banquet Captain will oversee the banquet staff, coordinate food service, and maintain high standards of customer service to create memorable experiences for our guests.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in food service management, with a focus on banquets or catering.
  • Strong background in culinary experience, including food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with experience in team management and staff training.
  • Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including shift management and restaurant operations.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred.
