The Union League is a private social club providing its members and guests with a quiet sanctuary and relief from the hustle of the city. Our emphasis is on privacy, a superior culinary offering and personalized experiences. Our clubhouse contains over 15,000 square feet of event space, ranging from small private dining rooms to grand ballrooms, 3 dining rooms and 60 overnight guest rooms. Our culinary team has prepared meals for Presidents, Prime Ministers and Royals from around the globe. Additionally, The Club offers members a robust calendar of special events and programs.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

In addition to the necessary, technical expertise required for this position, the individual must have a proven track record and ability to demonstrate the following:
· Provide a high level, personalized experience and build a professional rapport with members
· Adhere to Standard Steps of Service
· Execute events in a timely and accurate manner
· Develop attractive and creative buffets/food displays
· Knowledge of Food and Beverage
· Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
· Must be able to work as a team player in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Education: High school diploma required

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+Years experience in food and beverage
  • Luxury Hospitality or Club experience preferred
