WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum of 1 year Bartending experience
• Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
• We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication and guest contact skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Passion for service

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Banquet Casual Bartender will prepare and mix drinks at the banquet bars, and serve food and beverage in line with the department standar ds. P rovide an excellent level of customer service at the bar and banquet . W ork in line with the Weights and Measures Act and the Licensing Law. In conjunction with the Banquet Operations Managers -assist and oversee the smooth running of events bar, in line with Four Seasons’ standards and procedures

The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar. We are looking for a Bartender candidate who is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests.
