Our new state-of-the-art, purpose-built Event Centre is the largest event venue in Southern Sydney. Our Event Centre provides the perfect space for your corporate or social function - Southern Sydney Events Centre.

• Effectively and efficiently running a cooking section in-line with company standards.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of interesting and popular menu ideas.
• Inspire and energise the team to be the best they can be.
• Follow policies and procedures at all times.
• Maintain strong relations, internally and externally.
• Consistently deliver high-quality meals.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained in good working order.
• Follow WH&S compliance at all times.
