JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
-Organizing and writing the days task list for production
-Practicing proper safe food handling and storage procedures
-Preparing, cooking and displaying ready to eat foods in the deli showcase
-Preparing and cooking foods for off premise catering orders
Minimum 5 years experience cooking.
This is a day time job and a high volume operation.
