We are a locally owned, fast growing, restaurant group located in the heart of the Vista, downtown Columbia. We are searching for an experienced kitchen staff member who is willing to learn our company’s standards and expectations. This position is designed to operate our private dining kitchen alongside our Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
Job Description
The Banquet Cook will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to: manage and execute events for the private dining room and catering events. This position requires you to gain full knowledge of our recipes and standards of quality. You must have experience with flat top, char grilling, sauté, frying and private dining. You must be a self motivator, great at time management and attention to detail. Additionally, the Banquet Cook will assist but not limited to working a station in main dining room when needed and assisting with meat/fish fabrication alongside Executive Chef.
