Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reviews event function needs to ensure appropriate services and products are available
  • Sets up event space in accordance with specifications
  • Breaks down and stores furniture, linens, and equipment after events
  • The ability to lift and or carry 50-70 pounds
  • Responds to feedback from guests and team members regarding space presentation and adjustments needed
  • Assists in resolving any issues related to event services
  • Assists in monitoring andupholdingpolicies andprocedures for safety of guests and team members
  • Assists in ordering, receiving, storing and inventory of all set up related products
  • Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department
  • Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
