Key Responsibilities: * Set up banquet rooms according to event orders, including tables, chairs, linens, staging, dance floors, and décor * Ensure all meeting and event spaces are arranged with precision, cleanliness, and attention to detail * Break down and reset rooms quickly and efficiently following events * Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, storage rooms, and service corridors * Assist in transporting equipment, furniture, and supplies throughout the property * Work closely with banquet servers, captains, and event managers to ensure smooth execution of events * Respond promptly to last-minute changes or guest requests during events * Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report maintenance needs * Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel operational standards Qualifications: * Previous banquet, hospitality, or event setup experience preferred * Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects (tables, chairs, equipment) * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow setup diagrams and instructions * Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Attributes: * Experience in luxury hotels or upscale event venues * Basic knowledge of event service flow and banquet operations * Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury hospitality standards * Ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly during live events
