Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment - Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events - Support banquet staff with service needs, including replenishing supplies and ensuring guest comfort - Ensure all event spaces are prepared according to specifications and safety standards - Handle and transport event materials and equipment safely and efficiently - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of events and guest satisfaction Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in hospitality, event setup, or related roles preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects - Excellent teamwork and communication skills - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards in a hospitality setting We foster a positive, inclusive work environment that values teamwork, growth, and professional development.
