JOB DESCRIPTION

The Banquet Houseperson is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down banquet and event spaces according to event orders and standards. This role ensures that all furniture, décor, and equipment are arranged properly, that the environment is clean and welcoming, and that service staff have what they need to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

  • You have experience in a high-volume Banquet/Hotel facility
  • You must be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting tasks
  • You have excellent follow up and time management skills
  • You are known for your excellent communication
  • You are service obsessed
  • You speak clearly with a good command of the English language
  • You enjoy working in a respectful, positive, team-oriented environment
  • You are highly organized with a strong attention to detail
