Description Analyze the company standards and policies through the orientation process, meet, and greet. Understand how different events work by shadowing corporate, non-profit, and social events. Attend BEO meetings, learn and apply their details, and analyze the BEO wall that is used for guidance before, after, and during events. Join in on-site visits and tastings to see how the process works when clients are looking to book a property. Understand how change logs operate and evaluate the changes that need to be made to BEOs Analyses how logbooks operate after an event is complete with a detailed evaluation of how the event was executed. Demonstrate how the POS Opera System works for the banquet events department. Properly set up a table for a fine dining event. Understand the scheduling process and how it operates for the departments. Analyze an event's execution from start to finish.
