Review banquet event orders (BEOs) for accuracy and communicate details to culinary and service teams. Conduct pre-event meetings with staff to review timelines, service standards, and special requests. Oversee room setup, décor, audiovisual arrangements, and event flow. Ensure all events are executed according to Club standards and client expectations. Service & Operations Supervise banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support team members. Monitor service quality, food presentation, and guest satisfaction during events. Address member or guest concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet facilities and storage areas. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, and schedule banquet staff. Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing training on service standards. Evaluate employee performance and provide coaching and feedback. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Financial & Administrative Manage banquet labor costs and scheduling to meet budget goals. Review event billing for accuracy. Assist in forecasting revenues and expenses for banquet operations. Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.
