JOB OVERVIEW: The Banquet Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing various aspects of banquet and catering events for the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre and B-Elegant. The banquet manager will work closely with the kitchen staff, other relevant departments and will be responsible for managing Banquet staff. In this role you will work a flexible schedule that will be driven by the business on the books.
