Do you love creating unforgettable guest experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Banquet Manager to lead our hospitality team at Bingemans. In this role, you’ll organize and oversee events of all sizes—from elegant weddings to large corporate galas—ensuring every detail runs smoothly.

• Organize and supervise staff, function setups, service and bar.
• Communicate with function convener regarding contracts and any changes.
• Ensures that captain reports and consumption reports are completed.
• Schedule and train staff.
• Supervise bar service and other ongoing events.
• Coordinate with the other Banquet Managers in delegating tasks, maintaining quality of service and operating standards.
• Oversee clean up and ensures that all work areas are left tidy after the function ends.
• Control inventories, equipment, beverages and alcohol.
• Submit weekly inventory orders.
• Enforce alcohol and smoking regulations.
