REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level; Higher NITEC in Hospitality Operations is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer applications.
  • Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed with a cheerful and pleasant demeanor.Effective team player with a high level of initiative.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the full setup and teardown of banquet venues.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships and rapport with clients.
  • Contribute creative ideas and actively participate in brainstorming for banquet setups and service enhancements.
  • Promptly follow up on client enquiries and resolve complaints when escalated.
  • Possess experience in supervising banquet venue staff.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality and professional food & beverage services.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Oversee the management of banquet assets and inventory.Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
