Job Description Oversee the daily operations of all banquet functions, including set up, service, and breakdown; and execute it according to the hotel standards, guest expectation and event specifications. Lead pre-event briefings to ensure team readiness and clarity on event objectives. Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Act as the primary point of contact during events to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. Gather post-event feedback to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation. Manage inventory, budget, and cost control measures for the banquet department. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications Minimum 2 years in a banquet management role, with an exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail with a service-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in event management systems.
