What you will be doing: Reporting to the Assistant Director of F&B, oversee daily operations of the hotel Banquet service. Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards. Lead, train, and schedule Heartists to deliver efficient operations. Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly. Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments. Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance. Support revenue performance and cost control initiatives. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in an international brand. Remote area work experience is preferred. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Professional, excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and administration skills. Experienced in managing the overall Banquet Operations, maintaining quality and safety standards, ensuring guest experience is beyond expectations. Creative in organizing events, ability to control budget and inventory, understands MICROS and up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Flexible with working hours and ability to work with tight deadlines and high-pressure environment. Physical ability to lift moderate weight, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
