Responsibilities
  • Planning, execution and coordination of the entire banquet operation
  • Coordination and ensuring a smooth service process in our banquet area
  • Acting in a creative and innovative manner to define and implement operational strategies in consultation with our Director of F&B
  • Design a unique banquet experience with multifunctional buffet systems and live cooking stations
  • Close cooperation with our Catering & Event Sales and Culinary Department to ensure a smooth running of events
  • Management of advanced technology and hi-tech AV equipment
  • Leadership and employee responsibility, including coordination of Subsidies if required
  • Taking care of guests, handling of complaints, as well as analysis and evaluation of guest feedback
