Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Arrowwood Resort is seeking friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Banquet Waitstaff team. As a member of the banquet staff, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service during weddings, conferences, corporate events, and social gatherings. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous banquet, restaurant, or customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (due to alcohol service regulations)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event plans, including tables, chairs, linens, silverware, glassware, and decorations
  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner during events
  • Serve food and beverages following banquet service standards and timing
  • Clear plates, glassware, and utensils throughout the event and during cleanup
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and event coordinators to ensure smooth service
  • Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events, returning equipment and materials to proper storage
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests or concerns professionally
  • Work cohesively with other team members to ensure successful event execution
