Job Title: Banquet Server / Bartender Part Time

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Deliver meals to the guests.
• Be prepared to cover other areas: glasswasher, cashier.
• Cooperate with all staff to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness of banquet rooms, hallways, storage, and service area.
• Assist in bussing of tables after functions.
• Lift and store tables, chairs and staging efficiently and safely.
• Set-up, maintain and breakdown banquet/meeting rooms.
• Follow directions from banquet event orders for assigned banquet/meeting requirements.
• Report needed repairs of unsafe equipment and or conditions.
• Follow banquet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
