JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Casual/Part-Time Banquet Server to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including Mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Preparing tables, serving stations, or buffet tables for service
• Running food from the kitchen to the tables
• Serving food and beverage to guests at their tables or at serving stations
• Creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining and entertainment
• Communicating with colleagues to ensure a smooth event
• Providing bar service to guests, including cash and credit services
• Cleaning up after events and aiding in inventory
• Read and execute the specifications listed on the Banquet Event Order.
• Attend all pre-shift meetings to ensure events flow smoothly.
• Be in communication with the Banquet Captain regarding any special needs.
• Prepar coffee breaks, carts and stations with appropriate food and beverage as stated in the Banquet Event Order.
