Responsibilities
  • Sets up tables, and chairs by scheduled function, including but not limited to; meetings, conferences, wedding receptions, and social functions.
  • Take down any tables, chairs, risers or other equipment upon completion of event.
  • Make sure all equipment is stored in proper manner in designated location.
  • Functions in a team capacity, assisting other staff members, and guests when needed.
  • Do your part to ensure all event space and surrounding areas are clean and maintained.
  • Serving food, bussing tables
  • making coffee, setup stations, etc
