JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional service during events, ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. SKILLS

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in banquet or catering settings, is preferred.
• Culinary experience is a plus, enhancing the ability to assist with food preparation.
• Strong guest services skills, ensuring positive guest relations throughout events.
• Excellent hospitality skills, contributing to an inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Familiarity with bussing, serving, and food service operations is essential.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is required.
• Experience in restaurant or hotel environments will be beneficial for this role.

• Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
• Buss tables promptly and efficiently to maintain cleanliness during events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing any requests or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively.
