If you have these things and are ready to be part of our service team, fill out the two assessments on the following pages to proceed with your application. **Please Note- we are NOT a tipping facility** Requirements Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Welcome and greet members. Make all our members feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally and professionally take care of them. Inform members of specials and menu changes. Make recommendations you genuinely feel they-specifically will enjoy. Answer questions about our food, beverages and other club functions and upcoming events. Take food and beverage orders from members, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen, including identifying and communicating special requests, also any dietary restrictions Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to members in a timely matter. Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment. Maintain clean service areas and adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. Monitor and observe members dining experience. Ensure members are satisfied with the food and service and respond promptly and courteously to any requests. Prepare final bill, present chit to guest, confirm the member number or signature and member charge the bill to the appropriate account. Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise, as well as clearing and resetting tables. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the club as directed by your captain/supervisor. May be asked to work double shifts with breaks (12+ hours per day). Qualifications & Physical Demands: Be able to communicate in and understand a variety of social situations and interact accordingly with our membership. Must have a passion for great hospitality and have solid knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions. Be dedicated to working as a team in all aspects of our daily duties with a team player mentality. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). Be able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver trays of food & furniture weighing up to 40 pounds. Must be able to see, hear, feel and talk. Must be required to regularly use hands to handle, grasp, feel, and reach frequently throughout the work day.

Responsibilities

Core duties include welcoming and attending to members, making menu recommendations, taking food and beverage orders via the POS system, and ensuring timely delivery of items from the kitchen and bar. Servers must also perform side work, maintain clean service areas, monitor member satisfaction, and process final billing accurately.
