QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and handling standards at all times.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Break down banquet setups after events, including cleaning and returning equipment to storage.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to effectively assist guests.
