SUMMARY:

As a Banquet Server at Rebel Creek Golf Club, you play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests during weddings, tournaments, private functions, and club events. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as part of a team that prides itself on service excellence and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience is an asset but not required
• SmartServe Certification (required)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
• Friendly, energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and evening availability

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to floor plans and events details (tables, chairs, tableware, etc.)
• Greet and serve guests in a polite and timely manner during events
• Deliver plated meals, clear tables, and assist and assist with buffet and bar service
• Follow proper food handling and hygiene practices
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
• Respond quickly to guest needs and communicate any issues to supervisors
• Assist with tear-down and clean-up after events
• Work closely with the kitchen and hospitality team to ensure smooth event execution
• Represent Rebel Creek Golf Club with professionalism and a guest-first attitude at all times
