POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Part-Time Banquet Servers to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will deliver attentive and friendly service, ensure smooth event execution, and help create memorable experiences for our members and guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior banquet, catering, or restaurant serving experience preferred (but not required; we will train the right candidate)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

SCHEDULE:

• Part-time, flexible shifts based on events
• Perfect for students, second-job seekers, or anyone looking for extra income in a fun environment

• Provide excellent food & beverage service during banquets, weddings, and private events
• Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
• Follow service standards and club/event policies
• Work collaboratively with the banquet manager, captains, and fellow team members
• Assist with guest needs in a courteous and professional manner
