Description Essential Job Functions: · Greet and serve each member and guest with a smile! · Set up all functions as assigned · Ensure all service ware is polished and spot free before placing on the table · Take members and guests beverage orders in an accurate and efficient manner · Deliver and serve food to members and guests in an accurate and efficient manner · Follow all setup, service and breakdown tasks as assigned by the manager · Follow all steps of service as outlined by HCC standards · Follow up with guests at each step of service · Keep a clean and sanitary work area · Adhere to grooming and appearance standards as defined by the Club · Provide quality service to make each guests experience memorable Requirements Qualifications: An outgoing personality with a true desire to serve others 1 year experience in a Quality Dining Establishment Preferred Basic knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and cocktails Command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing A positive team player able work well with a variety of members, employees and guests Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced environment with high member and guest interaction Willing to obtain a TABC certification prior to starting Flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays Possess the ability to work in hot, sunny, cool, cold, and/or rainy conditions when assigned to outside events Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
