THE ROLE... As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in delivering memorable event experiences for our guests. From setup to service to breakdown, you ensure that every guest feels welcomed and well-cared-for while maintaining Indigo Road’s standards of hospitality. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly team-oriented, perfect for someone who thrives in events and loves creating seamless experiences. What we will ask of you: Assist in setting up event spaces according to banquet specifications, including linens, place settings, glassware, buffets, beverage stations, and mobile bars. Provide polished, attentive food and beverage service throughout events, following the steps of elevated service. Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and graciously to requests. Maintain service standards for timing, presentation, and professionalism. Ensure food and drink are served at the proper temperature and with attention to detail. If needed, prep bar needs including setting up wells, juicing, making syrups, and batching drinks per the banquet event order. Assist in the organized breakdown of banquet spaces after events. Reset event space for upcoming functions as directed by the Banquet Captain or Events Manager. Maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house and storage areas. Work closely with the Banquet Captain and fellow servers to ensure smooth service execution. Support colleagues by assisting with side work, replenishing supplies, and keeping service areas organized. Communicate guest comments or concerns promptly and professionally. All other duties as assigned Requirements Requirements for Success: Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player Be 18 years of age or older and at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
