**We offer flexible scheduling based on the weekly availability you provide.

· Review and familiarize yourself with the Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) at the start of each shift to ensure banquet rooms are set according to customer specifications
· Prepare tables, action stations, buffets, and service carts as outlined in the BEO
· Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner, maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the event
· Address guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring complete satisfaction throughout the event
· Ensure food and beverage items are replenished on buffets and service stations to maintain presentation standards
· Properly open and pour wine at the table side, adhering to proper beverage control and service protocols
· Work closely with the Banquet Captain and other team members to ensure smooth event execution
· Pass along any necessary information to the next shift to ensure continuity of service
· Monitor the condition of all meeting room equipment and ensure its proper use and storage
· Adhere to company grooming and appearance standards at all times, ensuring a polished and professional image
· Assist fellow team members and other departments as needed, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
· Complete any additional duties as assigned by supervisors
