Job Summary:
The Server at MontHill Golf & Country Club is responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to guests during weddings, special and corporate events. This role involves taking orders, ensuring allergies are recorded, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for service; polish cutlery/glassware, setup tables according to the BEO and floorplan
• Communicating with colleagues to ensure a smooth event
• Creating a pleasant atmosphere for dining and entertainment
• Serve appetizers and plated dinners to guests, and buffet style service
• Assist with post event clean up, inventory, and tear down
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Smart Serve Certificate required
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant, banquet, or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of proper serving etiquette and customer service principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and cash handling.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate event and restaurant schedules.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
