Job Title: Banquet Server
Department: Food and Beverage 36
Reports To: Food and Beverage Manager
Job Summary: In a banquet event setting, execute functions from start to finish for the event. Set up banquet table linens, place settings and applicable decor. Offer excellent Customer Service. Serve all food and beverages, according to the Banquet Event Order and Layout, and clear away all dishes and table linens in a professional manner and in compliance with company policies, and legal considerations.

· Attentive service for our various products may include a Weddings, Golf Tournaments, Meetings and Conferences.
· Serve plated or buffet meals.
· Must be able to navigate busy hallways & doors while carrying 45lbs. trays of food
· Dining room and Server station set-up restock and clean during each shift
· Maintains complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned function.
· Greets guests upon arrival and assist in seating as required by group; ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; and maintains effective guest relations.
· Serves guests food and drinks; removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.
· Recognizes and fulfills guest food & beverage needs and requests.
· Participates in event set up and break down procedures; contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of facility and event location.
· Performs special projects delegated by management.
· Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.
· Frequently required to lift and move items in excess of 35-45lbs
· Must adhere to any and all safety requirements and procedures
· Responsible for set up and tear down for any event when necessary
· Responsible for keeping track of your own work schedule and clocking in and out in for lunch break timely manner
· Performs other related duties as assigned
