Description

We are seeking experienced servers to join our team and generate additional earnings at our events. Located at Downtown of Nashville TN 37203

As a server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Be able to carry 6 to 8 plates in oval Banquet tray
  • Greeting guests upon arrival and providing them with a warm welcome.
  • Set up tables, replenish buffet, clear china during lunch service, assist with replenishing beverages. All meals are buffet style.
  • Anticipating guest needs and responding accordingly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Clearing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area throughout the event.
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff and other servers to provide excellent service.
  • Following all food safety and hygiene procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a server in a restaurant or catering environment.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Availability to work in different shifts
  • Ability to commute to location: Downtown of Nashville TN 37203
