The Wilbur Mansion, a beautifully restored historic landmark in Bethlehem, PA, is home to boutique guest rooms, a fine dining restaurant, and exceptional event spaces. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as On-Call Banquet Servers.
This flexible role is ideal for those looking to earn extra income while being part of extraordinary weddings, social gatherings, and corporate functions. As a member of our banquet team, you will play an essential part in bringing events to life—delivering gracious service, attention to detail, and the timeless hospitality that defines The Wilbur Mansion

SKILLS

  • Experience in the food industry, particularly in banquet or catering settings.
  • Culinary experience is a plus, with knowledge of food preparation and safety practices.
  • Strong guest service skills, demonstrating a commitment to hospitality excellence.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
  • Familiarity with bussing, serving, and food handling procedures.
  • Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred, enhancing customer service capabilities.
