The Banquet Server will: Set up / organize carts, buffets and action stations Prepare / serve coffee breaks Set up / service of banquet food and beverage to guests Maintain table service throughout the event Breakdown tabletops and service-wares after the event Assist in preparing banquet equipment / supplies prior to events Set up / prepare banquet table top place settings Maintain a friendly and smiling, service driven demeanor with guests Provide assistance to fellow servers, bartenders, and management as needed About The Pelican Grand Beach Resort: We are a very diverse team with a ton of personality! Requirements The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must also be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform these essential functions of the job.
