JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers / Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during day-today service & events, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and golf course staff to deliver high-quality food and service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have a background in the food industry, hospitality, or guest services.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Familiarity with food service operations and customer service principles
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest services
• Smart Choices Certified (mandatory)

• Greet guests when they enter the building
• Stocking, cleaning & maintaining the bar
• Answering the phone
• General building cleaning including vacuuming, sanitizing, moping, sweeping, taking out garbage
• Set up and break down banquet tables and event spaces according to specifications
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure all supplies are stocked
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times
