Description Banquet Server Now Hiring: Summer Banquet Servers St. Clair Country Club, located in the south hills of Pittsburgh, is committed to providing expectations of excellence in food service and amenities to over 800 members. The Club operation is open year-round. Join our team and be part of creating memorable experiences! We are seeking energetic, reliable, and service oriented Banquet Servers to assist with events, private parties, and weddings. Essential Duties: Sets up banquet rooms according to event specifications Provides attentive food and beverage service during events Maintains cleanliness and organization of event spaces Delivers friendly, professional service to all members and guests Assists in closing functions by performing various tasks such as removing linens, busing tables Operates within all guidelines, policies, standards, and constraints as established by the Club Qualifications: Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team oriented and strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Compensation: $15.40 an hour plus $45 shift pay per 5 hour shift guaranteed Employee melas Golf privileges on certain days (with management approval)
