Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Banquet Servers to join our team at The Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs, New York. As a Banquet Server, you will provide outstanding guest service while serving food and beverages in a banquet setting, ensuring that [UNIT] guests’ needs are being met in a positive, efficient, and courteous manner.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Mobility to maneuver between tables.

• Set up tables following the banquet event order.
• Serve food, take and fill drink orders, answer questions, remove dirty dishes.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Monitor guest needs ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints.
• Break down events according to company procedures.
