JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server/Event Team to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during various events, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with experience in banquet service and a passion for hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in banquet or catering settings is preferred.
  • Strong culinary knowledge and understanding of food safety practices.
  • Excellent guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in bussing, serving, and food preparation within restaurants or hotels is advantageous.
  • Hospitality Knowledge, General Service Guidelines

Responsibilities
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations. Must have WV Food Handlers Card.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Event Team consists of job duties of Bartending, Service and Production.
  • Properly maintain industry standard hospitality procedures and techniques, Hospitality knowledge is a must.
  • Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service flow during events.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
