POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Banquet Servers to join our team. Banquet Servers are responsible for ensuring a flawless guest experience at weddings, special events, and corporate events. While prior experience is helpful, we are happy to train candidates with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

BANQUET SERVER REQUIREMENTS

• Previous banquet or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be dependable, professional, and able to work well in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, place settings, etc.)
• Assist with food and beverage service during events, including running food and refilling drinks
• Monitor guest satisfaction and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event
• Clear plates, glassware, and utensils in a timely and discreet manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during and after service
• Break down and reset event space as needed after events
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
