Description Support banquet and event setups/breakdowns, following floor plans and standards Assist with internal hotel events, ensuring rooms are properly arranged and prepared Manage water and coffee station setups, restocking as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces, storerooms, and back-of-house areas Collaborate with Banquets and F&B teams to ensure seamless operations Perform additional duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager Requirements Must be able to lift more than 50lbs Must be available nights, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
The role supports banquet and event setups and breakdowns by strictly following floor plans and established standards. Responsibilities also include managing and restocking water and coffee stations for internal hotel events.
