Do you love the hospitality industry? Looking for an upbeat atmosphere? We are looking for an energetic, creative, driven, and self-motivated PM Banquet Set Up team member at the Crowne Plaza Indianapolis Airport.  A Banquet Set Up team member handles setting up all tables/chairs, table skirting and AV equipment for banquet space following set-up diagrams provided. * Maintain proper uniform, clean and free of excessive wrinkles. * Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed. * Always follow health and safety practices * Respond promptly to any guest request. * Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success. * During set up, support all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event. * Once banquet is complete all tables/chairs, table skirting and AV equipment to put back in storage and re-set for next event according to directions given by manager. * Work areas must be cleaned and wiped down, and all side duties must be completed before punching out for your shift. Requirements * Must be 18 years or older. * Passion for service and the hospitality industry   * Effective communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills. * Attention to detail, efficiency, consistency, and organization are necessary.
